Refund Policy

AIRPAC guarantees our products will be formatted correctly for the intended use. If a formatting problem occurs, AIRPAC will repair or replace the data without charge to the customer.

Content is not controlled by AIRPAC and is sold AS-IS with no guarantee. All downloaded data is sold AS-IS without any guarantee except for formatting errors as noted above. If an error in content occurs and we are able to correct the error, we will attempt to reconstruct your database with the corrections within 30 days of purchase.

Customers who purchase The AIRPAC Plane CD™ on a physical CD (this does not include the download editions) may return the CD for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

Contact AIRPAC to request a return authorization and instructions. When shipping a return, we suggest using a service that provides tracking and insurance. AIRPAC is not responsible for refunds if the product is not returned.
